Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for us to deliver our services effectively.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any content, assets, or materials you provide to us.

You agree to review and provide feedback on deliverables within the timeframes specified in your project agreement. Delays in feedback may affect project timelines.

Upon receipt of full payment, you will own all custom work specifically created for your project, including designs, code, and content as outlined in your project agreement.

TheDigiBuild retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or proprietary methodologies used in delivering services. A non-exclusive licence to use these within your project is granted upon full payment.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment schedules and amounts are specified in your project agreement. All invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Late payments may incur interest charges as outlined in your agreement. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work until outstanding balances are settled.

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise specified in your project agreement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

TheDigiBuild's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing or SEO services, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes and market conditions.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers, or any connected systems.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion without notice.

Our website and its content are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement.

Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Any pre-paid unused fees may be refunded at our discretion.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, payment, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
